Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings at any time. Refunds are not typically issued for unused subscription periods unless required by law. Payments made through third-party platforms like Apple or Google must be cancelled or refunded through those services.

By registering with and using OneFlesh, you waive any right to claim damages or bring legal
action against OneFlesh, its representatives, employees, or affiliates arising out of your
participation in the service. This includes claims resulting from negligence, intentional
misconduct, or acts of other users or third parties you may come into contact with through the
app, whether such acts are criminal, negligent, or otherwise.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (whether based on contract,
warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive, or imputed), product liability,
strict liability, or any other legal theory), even if we have been advised of the possibility of
such damages.
In no event shall the total aggregate liability of OneFlesh Christian Dating App, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents, arising out of or related to these Terms, the app, website, services, or any content provided therein, exceed the total amount paid by you to OneFlesh (if any) during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some countries, states, or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
